For RENEWALS - Prior Year's Certificate holders
1. Log in with your last year's application email address
2. Find your boat in the drop-down menu
3. Click on boat and check the information on the screen
4. Renew with no changes - just click the submit button
5. Renew with changes - make the changes,
and upload any supporting documents, photos etc. and click submit
6. Payment - follow the online prompts
For NEW Certificate Applications
